How the Program Works

For every room night you stay, you will receive one point toward the frequent guest program. Awards given after five nights!

The accumulation of points will raise you to a different program level, where you will receive rewards for staying with us.

Points are never "redeemed." Meaning, they don't get taken away after you reach a certain level and partake in that level's reward. Simply, once you reach a level, you enjoy that reward when you check in at your next visit.

Example: After staying five nights with us, you reach the Woodsman level. On your next visit, you will receive a gift certificate. After you check out, your balance remains at five points, plus one point for each night you just stayed with us. You will continue to accumulate points after your next stay and will be rewarded again at 15 points (Settler level).

Keeping Track of Your Points

We have your points/stays on file with us. Feel free to either call 800-843-1801 or email to get your points at any time.

At reservation time, an Old Tavern clerk will inform you what you have for points. If you have an award to receive, the clerk will work with you to choose from your selection (if applicable) and have it ready upon arrival.

When the program doesn't apply

• Anything billed to a master bill would not apply to this program.
• The program applies to fully paid rooms only; complimentary rooms are not applicable.

Level 1 Woodsman	5	$25 gift certificate that can be used at The Old Tavern, Daniels House or Grafton Ponds
Level 2 Settler	15 points	Room upgrade OR A bottle of wine with dinner or in room at check-in (Innkeeper's choice of wine).
Level 3 Homesteader	30 points	Dinner for two at The Old Tavern (excluding tax, tip & alcohol).
Level 4 Graftonite	50 points	Gourmet gift basket featuring Grafton Village Cheddar AND One free night's stay at The Old Tavern (not incl. tax).
Level 5 Real Vermonter	100 points	Dinner at the chef's table (specially designed menu) and a private wine tasting w/ the Innkeeper. OR Weekend for two at The Old Tavern (not incl. tax). AND Your very own engraved brick on The Old Tavern's walkway.
