Barrett House
Built in 1783, Barrett House is located on the corner of Route 121 and Townshend Road, just across the street from The Old Tavern. This guest house has three bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher & working fireplace, a den with television, large double living room, dining room and powder room. Three upstairs bedrooms include a king bedroom, and two queen bedrooms. Sleeps 6-7 people.

Fun Fact: John Barrett (1866-1938) was born in the Barrett House and was one of Grafton’s most illustrious sons. At age 28, he was appointed American Ambassador of Siam. Later, he served as Ambassador to Argentina, Panama and Columbia. He was also the Director/General of the Pan American Union.
