Meetings & Executive Retreats at The Old Tavern
Nearly two centuries of experience goes into planning and hosting our meeting and conference guests. Expertly hosted 
meetings for 5 to 50 range from one to five meeting rooms with breakout space allowing for exclusive use of one of our restored,19th century guest houses. The rustic Homestead Barn is our most flexible and largest conference room. It has 780 square feet of space and can accommodate 36 people classroom style, 60 theater style, 30 U-shape, 16 in a hollow square, 15 board room and 50 for a reception.
Cricketers houses one conference room upstairs and one conference room downstairs. Cricketers Up is 380 square feet and can accommodate 12 people classroom style, 18 theater style, 12 U-shape and 16 in a hollow square. Cricketers Down seats 10 people board room style and has a lovely walk-out to a private patio complete with furniture.
President's Room is a beautifully decorated classic conference room with upholstered chairs and looks down upon our natural pond beyond. President's Room is 345 sq. feet and can be arranged U-shape for 8 and hollow square for 12.
Barrett House - the oldest house in Grafton - and White Gates are both historic homes with large living rooms that are often used for conferences or retreats. Casual seating can be arranged in this unique atmosphere for up to 15 people. The stone patio of White Gates also invites your meeting outdoors.
The Phelps Barn adjoining The Old Tavern welcomes receptions for up to 150 people. The total sq. footage of this area is 1,850.
