Soup

Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato Bisque, caramelized leeks and chive oil

Roasted Red Pepper and Crab Bisque, herbed creme fraiche

 

Salad

Artichoke Hearts tossed with smoked bacon, caramelized onions, shaved Parmesan served over baby greens with an almond vinaigrette

Baby Arugula, gorgonzola, toasted pecans, cranberries with roasted Vidalia-poppy seed dressing

 

Entree

Free Range Turkey with roast chestnut-apple stuffing, buttermilk mashed potatoes and squash turnip puree and natural pan gravy 

Roast Leg of Lamb with buttermilk mashed potatoes, asparagus and truffled-cremini emulsion

Grilled Wild Salmon with Nishiki rice, baby vegetables, wilted greens and balsamic reduction

Grilled Beef Tenderloin wrapped in bacon with gorgonzola mashed potato and peppercorn-pomegranate reduction

Pear Barley Risotto with wild mushrooms and roasted root vegetables

 

Dessert

Irish Bread Pudding, creme anglaise and strawberries

Chocolate & Pecan Torte with raspberry sauce and bourbon whipped cream

Seatings are offered at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 p.m. Reservations are necessary and can be made by calling 802-843-2231.
We are unable to accommodate walk-in guests for dinner on Thanksgiving day.
