Daniels House Cafe

Imagine yourself in our picturesque Vermont village - it's a wonderful, seasonal day. You spy an inviting little white house alongside The Old Tavern. Close to the center of town, Daniels House, a circa 1800 cape style farmhouse blends right in along the tree-lined streets of Grafton. We are located adjacent to The Old Tavern (behind it) on Townshend Road.

Open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m* and serving light fare of soups, sandwiches and salads. Seasonal samples include tomato bisque, hummus wraps, grilled sandwiches, salads, beverages, Green Mountain Coffee and more. Phone: 802-843-2255.

Also in Daniels House

The owners of the Hunter Gallery of Fine Art here in Grafton have opened a brand new artisan gift shop in Daniels House, adjacent to the Cafe named Hunter Art Works. This now serves as the Information Center for the town. It is chock-full of maps, brochures, current events and general good advice.

*In May 2009, Daniels Cafe will be open from Wed - Sun until Memorial Day weekend, when we will then operate on a daily basis.
